Linda Ramsey Moore

Linda was born and raised in Cairo, Illinois the middle child of eleven children.
She graduated from Cairo High School in 1984 with high honors. Linda attended Stratton College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she completed her studies in Computer Data Processing in 1987. Linda began her career processing payroll in the Computer Department for a local Accounting Firm.
After 4 ½ years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Linda moved to New York City where she gained employment as an Administrative Assistant in the Sales Department for Seventeen Magazine. Linda soon moved across the bridge to Hackensack, New Jersey & commuted to work in New York City.
The Administrative Position at Seventeen Magazine led to a Marketing Coordinator Position with The Hotel Millennium across the street from the World Trade Center.
After working in New York for 7 ½ years, and giving birth to twins, Malik and Mieshia, Linda decided it was time to move closer to home to raise her children around family and in a safer environment (Her mother’s birth place – Blytheville, Arkansas).
Linda interviewed for a Payroll Clerk Position on October 12, 1994 and was hired as a Front Office Attendant & Administrative Assistant on October 14, 1994 at a local Staffing Service. In 1995, Linda was promoted to Office Manager.
On April 1, 1997, Linda seized the opportunity to start her own Staffing Service (with a silent partner, who she later bought out to become sole owner) – Dawson Employment Service at 617 East Sawyer Street, Blytheville, Arkansas.
On April 1, 2014, Linda opened a second Staffing Service at 619 South Walnut Street in Osceola, Arkansas.
Linda has been honored by her staff as An Incredible Inspiring Boss and A Virtuous Woman because of her Honesty, Confidence, Strength, Dignity, Generosity to Others & her Undying Faith in God.
Linda is a 2012-2015 Board Member for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission in Little Rock, Arkansas and was acknowledged with grateful appreciation for her service and dedication to the Arkansas Minority Business Advisory Council.
Linda is a 2015-2016 VIP Member of the National Association for Professional Women and has been acknowledged for Outstanding Excellence and Dedication to her Profession and the Achievement of Women.
Linda is a trend setter and takes pride in making a difference in the lives of others in her community & beyond.
